I have lived in Witham Village since 1991. Why have I stayed this long? I enjoy living on property that has so many mature trees on it. The trees, and the wildlife that they bring, give Witham Village a sense of peaceful tranquility in a bustling college town. I like the convenience of on-site laundry and that Witham Village is located right on a city bus route. The current management is courteous and very responsive to the needs of the residents. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. I also find it refreshing that the residents are encouraged to make suggestions on how to make Witham Village have even more of that home/park-like feel to it. There are so very few places multi-unit residences, if any, that encourage that kind of ownership from the tenants. That makes Witham Village a special place to live and call home.

We moved to Corvallis from the southwestern United States. Given the great distance between these locations, we chose to research living options on the internet. Witham Village Apartments had absolutely the most comprehensive website for our needs, which included detailed information on rental rates, floor plans, photographs, contact information, and application forms. Witham Villages friendly staff offered timely and thorough assistance with distance-learning about the apartment complex, both over the phone and via email. From afar, our decision was made Witham Village would be our new home. When it came time to move into Witham Village, the process was smooth and efficient. We received a comprehensive tour of the property and our spacious two-bedroom townhome on our move-in day, and wow! the apartment complex was even more wonderful than the website could portray! Our friendly neighbors introduced themselves to us within hours of our arrival on the property. The peaceful neighborhood is nestled within the trees adjacent to Dixon Creek in northwestern Corvallis, and is a pleasant walk or bike ride from several parks, a nearby shopping center, and Oregon State University. And thanks to Witham Villages pet friendly policy, we were finally able to adopt a beautiful cat from the local humane society and give her a happy home. We have been happy to call Witham Village our home for over six months, and look forward to many more happy months as residents here.

Hi! My name is Danae and I live at Witham Village here in spunky, lovely Corvallis Oregon. In March of 2004, after choosing a career move to this area, I was discouraged at the thought of the limited living options in a college town for a quiet, single professional such as myself. Imagine my delight to find a lovely, quiet home where I can retreat after a hard days work in an environment of safety and privacy, where I also have the benefits of a strong, caring community. My decision was pretty easy to make when I took my first tour and was pleased to see the obvious care and attentiveness of the management and the staff for both the environment and the residents. Included in my very high standards of living criteria is the trouble-free and direct access I have to all the modern conveniences of shopping and services as well as the same easy access to the country. Here at pet-friendly Witham Village, I have found a comfortable meeting of city and country in the wild creatures that frequent our grounds, the open, scenic land available at Walnut Park with its proximity to the managed forests of the area. The park and the lovely town itself are replete with extensive walking and biking trails and my community, Witham Village, maintains animal friendly grounds where residents are responsible and safe, and considerate of each other.
