What's This About Witham Village?

Welcome to Witham Village Apartments nestled in the residential North West corner of Corvallis, Oregon. We are conveniently located with easy access to parks, two off-leash dog parks, hiking trails, schools, shopping and dinning--all within walking distance. For those in the academic fields Oregon State University is only 2.5 miles away, furthermore, the city bus stops right outside of the property to assist with access into town and to the OSU campus. Designated bicycle lanes are established throughtout the city of Corvallis, and all of our apartment blocks have bicycle racks for safe and easy storage.

Witham Village Apartments are settled into quiet mature trees and shrubs with an abundance of wildlife within. Parking is provided on-site with one covered parking space per apartment free of charge.

On-site facilities for residents include; heated out-door swimming pool, fitness room, large Clubhouse with deck and a 24 hour laundry care centre. The office is located on-site and all Witham Village employees live within Witham Village Apartments.

We are a very cat and dog friendly community. Cats must be indoor cats only, and dogs must be kept on-leash at all times when outside. Owners must comply with the local city regulation requiring that the animals be picked-up after.
